Mazes
Mazes of our production is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
It is a tough material that is not sensitive to scratches, easy to clean with water, alcohol, and acetone.
Colors: black, dark gray, light gray, white.
Transparent walls are made of plexiglass (acrylic).
Elevated cross maze
It is designed to perform psychopharmacological tests. It is an installation with two open and two closed sleeves elevated to a height of 1 meter from the floor. The studying of the behavior of rodents in this labyrinth is a standard technique for studying stress and anxious behavior rats and mice. It is believed that the choice of a closed sleeve is caused by stress, whereas an open sleeve is chosen with a low level of anxiety.
The installation is made of quality PVC, the surface is not slippery and scratch resistant. The labyrinth itself is a collapsible complex, allowing after each test to easily remove the details forming the floor and side walls, and wash them.
The test is easy to automate with videotracking and data processing software package«Minotaur». Minotaur software provides a possibility of automatic tracking of movements of a rodent (a rat or a mouse) in a labyrinth with a calculation of all main statistics of activity.

Open space
Allows you to explore the emotional-behavioral activity of animals, the various components of behavior in the new stressful conditions. Designed to perform the pharmacological tests. Is a circular or square arena divided into sectors, with holes or without (depending on the task the experimenter).

Additionally, it is possible to install a special infrared camera underneath the maze to check looking into the hole.

T-shaped labyrinth
It is designed to perform psychopharmacological tests. Allows you to explore the spatial and working memory of rodents as a result of alternating sleeves with reward.
The installation is made of high-quality PVC, the surface is not slippery and resistant to scratches. The labyrinth itself is a collapsible complex, allowing after each test to easily remove the details forming the floor and side walls, and wash them. Doors, restricting entry into the sleeves of the labyrinth are removable.
